These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Health & Wellness Plan Portal ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service helps you interpret laboratory test reports and produces a general wellness plan with food and activity suggestions based on the values you provide and your region and season. It is an informational and educational tool.

Not medical advice. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. 2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing extracted values before generating a plan.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
You must provide a valid email and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse-engineer or overload it, or use it to provide medical services to others as if it were professional advice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us permission to process it solely to operate the Service and produce your plan, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit any information you enter about another person.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generated plans that are not downloaded, and accounts that are inactive, may be removed automatically as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that results or extracted values are error-free. Automated reading of reports can be imperfect, and you are responsible for verifying values.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
